Environmental and Economic

Concrete recycling is an modern and economically efficient way to use aggregates. Is not a environmental damaging process like mining, concrete recycling saves more energy and dust control prevents air polution.

Concrete recycling is a re-usable product. In order to provide a clean and good final product we can not accept concrete mixed with wood, trash, paper, plastic or organics. We just allow dumping of clean concrete and uncontaminated concrete.

Recycled concrete is used for roads, to fill holes on the road, base for pavers, and as a building material
for driveways, landscaping, drain fields, construction entrances. Good for use in both commercial and
residential applications.

Why not be a part of helping our planet?

Rock Recycling considers and accepts, including:

Green: Our favorite color

We know you like to make smart choices.

That’s why we’re here to tell you that around 90% of the design materials in your construction are recyclable. And yes, that includes anything from doors to plumbing and concrete. This makes recycling more sustainable because it is also more economical.

Another benefit to recycling materials such as these is that it will lead to a decrease in the number of disposal facilities, thus lessening the environmental problems that accompany them.

Services

We accept the following materials:

Broken Asphalt

Asphalt is the most recycled and reused material in the county. The asphalt is reprocessed into aggregate sized material to make gravel base or mixed in with recycled concrete and native materials to make aggregate base materials.

By recycling asphalt, it avoids high disposal fees at landfills and creates a re usable product.

Process

Our process includes breaking, crushing, sorting and producing a gravel base product from the broken concrete.

During the sorting process any trash, fabric, plastic are sort out. Metal like rebars are separates and also recycled.

Using concrete recycled is possible to avoid a large volume of concrete waste from demolished buildings and structures that makes difficult for landfills to accommodate.

In terms of the overall environment, recycling concrete not only significantly saves energy compared to mining processing, we also can re-use concrete as  aggregates for construction, recycling metal of removing rebars and using 100% of recycled water on the whole process. Go Green, Go Recycled concrete.

Dirt

Dirt or fill dirt is an affordable and dense way to fill and level uneven areas. It is generally low in nutrients, making it less suitable to plant growth than topsoil.

Bricks mix

Crushing the bricks mix with gravel because of gravel blending makes any moisture retention caused by bricks will be minimal and will really cause no harm. Long-lasting, crushed brick mix are perfect for use in low-maintenance landscaping. Using with a heavy-grade landscape fabric to keep brick from sinking into soil and to help prevent weeds. Do not recommended for backfill

Recycling

How recycled concrete and asphalt are changing the game Crushing equipment is most often used in the processing of virgin materials—of limestone, basalt, granite, or other stone that’s mined. Consequently, when you think of rock crushing, that’s probably the type of crushing that comes to mind. But crushing equipment is just as useful in the recycling of materials as it is in their original crushing. In fact, crushing equipment is what enables the effective recycling of materials like concrete and asphalt.  Here’s a look at
